(6am-10am weekdays) The Morning Monkey! He loves music...and loves to talk. Radio was really his only option.
(10am-3pm) The lady with the sensuous throbbing voice that rivets our midday listeners to K-Wine is DeAnn. She is a mysterious multi-faceted lady with strong ties to our local culture. DeAnn's smoky history on radio includes a period of night time jocking on the K- Wine "Rock Show" in the 80 's, playing all manner of disco, funk and blues based records that powered the charts and our station's after-dark audience in those days. So she knows the music turf. In fact, the first time she knew radio was her dream, says DeAnn, was "The first time I heard "The Electric Prunes" on local radio. Early influences she lists are Nancy Sinatra (then) and Bruce Springsteen (now).
(3pm-5pm weekdays) Somewhere in the Robinson family archives, there's a video of young Jeremy at a cousin's birthday party. While all the other children are playing, a young Jeremy is using a stick as a microphone and interviewing party guests. By age nine, Robinson was hosting a radio and television version of "The Jeremy Robinson Show" out of his bedroom using a karaoke machine and his family's video camera.
(5pm-9pm weekdays & 3am-7am on weekends) Todd Chambless is a 35 + year radio veteran, who has worked in big cities including Dallas, Pittsburgh and Columbus, OH. He's been a radio Program Director, air talent...and once dressed in a chicken suit for a radio station promotion (an event that still gives him nightmares to this day). He hails from West Monroe, Louisiana. He loves music, riding with the top down and the music cranked up, and singing in his church's choir.
(3am-6am weekdays) Sometimes it's hard to talk with this silver spoon in my mouth, oh I'm sorry that's a hot wing. I really like hot wings. If I am not on the radio I enjoy fishing, fishing, and oh yeah, fishing. I enjoy going to concerts and comedy clubs. I have been known to sing with "the band" and do some stand-up. I enjoy long buffets and all-you-can-eat joints. Yes, I have a weird sense of humor and enjoy joking about everything including myself. If I can't laugh at myself then there must be duct-tape on my face.
(7am-12pm weekends) Gerry works the weekend slot that no one else wants.
(12pm-5pm weekends) Steve Brewer's listeners find his warm, friendly style perfect for wrapping up the workday, the rush hour drive and for continued listening at home. Steve's knowledge of show business and his personal experiences help him relate to a wide audience. An avid sports fan, Steve can typically be found watching the big game and yelling at the TV. He also collects hockey pucks and vinyl records, and wants a pet mini-pig.
